Continuing the 'Building a Fleet' series with another fighter, this time aimed at playing a more defensive role vs other fighters and supporting capital ships. The Katar is a highly agile and heavy hitting dual-pilot superiority fighter with a few tricks up it's sleeve that allows it to survive longer than it's light armour would suggest.
