Space Engineers | It All Drops... | Ep03 - Reaching Earth(like) & Local Asteroid Survey
21We're back in another HEAVILY modded survival series in Space Engineers!
This series has almost every hostile AI mod I could find, including Reavers, Orks, and a vast collection of encounters, and takes place in a custom solar system built by the Star System Generator mod (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...)
There is no real story script, no pre-built set pieces, and we're at the mercy of the RNG and Clang, but we do have a bit of an assist in that The Hug Boat is making another run! It was transposed from it's own timeline into the new star system (as-is) but there's a couple of catches...
- Grinding blocks returns only scrap (no components at all)
- We have no mining vehicles
- Ore deposits are smaller and more scattered 9and at varying depths)
- Atmosphere conditions matter (even re-entry!)
- Pretty much everyone wants us dead (or soon will)!
We even have an AI mod that doesn't like players having our old friend BOB (a.k.a. Nanobot Build and Repair) installed on ships! Seriously, this thing targets ships and ignores bases with it! o.O
This has all the makings of a very explosive (and short) series, now it's just down to luck as to what we encounter!
