Build and Repair mod is incredibly useful for rapidly taking stuff apart, as well as the obvious uses of building and repairing blocks. I managed to defeat a sizeable pirate ship and hauled the broken hulk to my base for shipbreaking. I'll either keep the components on hand for other projects or smelt them down for raw materials (since they weigh less than finished products).
