Malicious terrain generation is one thing, but sometimes this game takes it to a whole other level. I can usually deal with some degree of damage - after all, health is a resource - but if the map generation puts an NPC in danger, that could wreck our whole run, simply by forcing us to act fast and risk a careless moment.
