Recorded solution for the "Freedom of Choice" level in SpaceChem, a design-based puzzle game from Zachtronics Industries. Available on Steam, or download the demo at: http://www.spacechemthegame.com

Solution detail:
This is probably the simplest way to do this mission. The first two reactors should be self explanatory. The third uses three of the CTRL instructions to fire each of the required colours of laser.

CTRL A: The blue waldo makes the red molecule using one intermediate molecule and two hydrogen atoms from reactor 1.
CTRL B: The red waldo makes the intermediate molecule into a green molecule by adding an extra bond.
CTRL C: The red waldo gets an intermediate molecule and adds two bonds then splits the spare hydrogen off to make the blue molecule. Afterwards, the blue waldo cleans up the spare hydrogen by making a red molecule.
