61Dreams really do come true. I couldn't make the noodles myself because my semolina sins have already earned me persona-non-grata status in two countries and I'm not keen on upping that to three or more.

Brioche bun:
250g bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon quick rise yeast
1 egg
2 tbsp whole milk
3 tbsp butter (just shy of this)
400F/20min
The patty:
250g cooked spaghetti
4 tbsp ricotta
2 tbsp pasta sauce
1 tbsp red miso paste
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
salt
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
pan sear low to med
Top as thou wilt.
