The title might be a little exaggerated but I do truly think that if Spark 3 was in 2d, THIS is what it would look like. Choco The Electric Jester is a mod of Spark 1 by Gerald Serrualt that replaces Spark with Choco and Fark with E.J.
E.J doesn't change much but Choco has all of Electric Spark's moves and new ones with the cost of no Jester Powers sadly (Except Board and Super). My favorite new move is the Charged Jester Dash from Spark 3 that adds a lot more momentum to the game. Also the color pallets of all the levels are changed making feel like an Encore Mode of sorts. Over all this is my favorite mod of all time! (It's also the first mod I've ever played LOL but I've seen a lot of mods before. (Spoiler: I watch the no commentary Sonic-Tubers)) Enjoy!
