RESOLVED: The law should be the preferred avenue to advance animal rights and environmental conservation.
Captain Paul Watson and All-American Debater Brandon Evans debated the Proposition, while Binghamton Speech & Debate's Head Coach and Chair of the Institute of Critical Animal Studies' Policy & Economics Intersectional Research Collaborative Bill Shanahan and Team President and National Debate Scholar Trevor Reddick debated the Opposition, arguing from a perspective of indigenous anarchy.
