CHAPTER 11 : Alone
The opening cutscene is from Walker's point of view, and the amongst the many burning buildings caused by the explosion, the blurred form of a man, who is no doubt Konrad, due to his voice, tells him that in 4 days, Dubai will begin dying of thirst, just like Riggs wanted. Konrad walks away, telling Walker that it's his fault and that he did this, not Konrad.
