I found this game when I was sitting in a Discord server. Special Agent is a 2006 platformer game made by David Newton and J Freude in Macromedia Fusion 2.0. As far as I know, the game is nearly unknown. It is a remake of Secret Agent, a DOS game from 1992, that has been ported to modern PCs in 2013.

Here's the game's plot: "Special Agent Robert has been sent to Mullet Island, somewhere in an undisclosed remote location, where the Society for the Development of Diabolical Schemes (SDDS) are setting up a base. Sabotaging their buildings will stop their efforts to introduce AOL-speak to the Oxford English Dictionary, manufacture Prawn Cocktail crisps, or give Jeremy Beadle another TV programme, among other world-threatening plans." Design: 10/10 (A classic design in its glory. Music as well.)
Gameplay: 9.5/10 (Interestingly enough, there are different buttons for the shot direction: A to shot at the left side, D to shot at the right side. It can be changed to a traditional one-button control, however. I wish there could be more plot at the beginning)
Difficulty of the S rank run: ~1.2?/10 (Easy-ish. Just a relaxing run after some NES games training. Had to ask my friend for a list of every possible bonus required, however. Otherwise I would never learn that you have to destroy plants as well)
