4While many speedrunners prefer to go for the Big Boss rank during runs, people interested in learning how to run the game may be discouraged from it simply due to the difficulty. Thus, in this series of videos, I intend to tutor any potential newcomers into a more reasonable starting point, Normal difficulty. Normal is a good stepping stone into mechanics and various strategies that will carry you into speedruns for the ultimate goal, European Extreme and Big Boss runs.
The strategies I will be explaining are the most basic and most consistent for newer players to handle, although faster variants of the route exist.
