Some Fast Help for the 4 Decipher locations. You need to first complete the Secrets of the Swamp Quest where you have to visit the Mossburn Village. Then the Divide and Decipher Quest where you have to visit the Northmarch Pass, Gritfield, & Edgewall Gate in order in search of the deciphers to complete the quests.
