All things considered, SpellForce III: Reforced on console is an imperfect port, with multiple control and interface issues, but I’d still consider it an essential, worthwhile, and engrossing RTS-RPG experience. CRPGs have a mixed history on consoles and RTS games are rare. SpellForce III: Reforced provides a satisfying mix of both in a compelling and well-balanced package that I’d still recommend to any console player curious about the genre.
