(I did not find this, this is just me practicing it)

For the Jump on the pole thing, try to land more on the left side, its easier to stand on.

On the Statue, try to stand as far back as possible and get a decent angle. Try to get a "running start" for your hover, run off the edge and start your hover as late as possible. This will give you some extra distance because you travel forward faster, but fall at same rate you would normally, thus giving you more forward distance with less height lost.

Some frame data on hovering:
"Optimal" for a TAS you do 3 frames of up, and then 1 frame of neutral.
You can do up for up to 9 frames, but you have to hold neutral for atleast 2 frames if you do more than 3 frames of up.

As a human on an actuall controller, you cant really go from up to neutral in 1 frame, but you still want to try to hold neutral as short as possible, holding neutral is where you lose the most height. Its really about finding a rythm that holds neutral as little as possible while still holding it atleast 2 frames so you dont fall.

Jump once the bird guard in the bottom right of the screen is completly offscreen, hold right and press B once you are over the invisible wall.

This is the hardest trick in the game and took me hours and hours to get good at, try to figure out a good rythm for your hovers and practice it a lot. A lot.

Also doing this over longer peroids of time usually hurts my hands pretty badly, which usually makes me worse. I recommend taking breaks if your hands hurt.
