Spider-Man (2000) Walkthrough Part 1: The Bank Heist (INTRO)
1Hello, gamers! It's time to remake one of my oldest walkthrough series on this channel-Neversoft's Spider-Man! Originally, this was a second game i ever attempted to record on this channel back in February 2017 before abandoning it and ultimately deciding to remake it after a long period of inactivity between late 2018 and July 2019, reasons for its remake being primarily bad and inconsistent gameplay quality. Now, without further ado, enjoy the walkthrough.
About Game: Spider-Man (often refered to as Spider-Man 2000) is 2000 action-adventure beat-em-up video game developed by Neversoft Games and published by Activision. Its asthetics and atmosphere were influenced by 1994–1998 Spider-Man animated series as well as 1999–2001 Spider-Man Unlimited animated series that were popular at the time. Game was first released for PlayStation and Nintendo 64 and was later ported to PC and Sega Dreamcast, being well-recieved by critics and players alike. It spawned two sequels, Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro in 2001 and Spider-Man: Sinister Six in 2002, with latter of them being GBA-exclusive game.
Story follows Peter Parker, AKA Spider-Man who becomes target of police manhunt after impostor dressed as him attacks a science expo hosted by supposedly reformed doctor Otto Octavius AKA Doctor Octopus and steals the device he was presenting. As he becomes a marked man, Spider-Man has to team up with his on-and-off ally Black Cat and frenemy Venom to hunt down people that framed him and stop them from unleashing something even worse than fog on New York City...
