Ok more Fallout 4 info here, I've watched and rewatched the trailer a few times and there's a lot of cool things that it might be referencing! The first one I'd like to mention is the the lone wanderer had a voice! At the end of the video the guy spoke to his dog, and it's something a few people don't really pay much attention too. The main guy in the trailer talking is cool because it could finally mean the player character will have a voice! I don't know about you, but that would be great. Also with all the pre-war sections in the trailer, the game will most likely explore the Fallout universe before the war. Maybe they'l just be a beginning gameplay section, or maybe there will be something connecting it to the main story of the game, who knows, but either it would be awesome!!
