SPLATOON 2 PLAYTHROUGH - PART #10 | MY 5TH SALMON RUN | FARMING SALMONID EGGS!
0Hey, everyone! I'm Etten. Lately changed my name to "Mad Etten"* on Splatoon 2. Welcome to my gaming channel! In this play through, we are joining the crew of four coworkers as 'Apprentice' for a Salmon Run shift. Our goal is to successfully pass the three waves and survive until the last second (at least, one person has to be alive!). We have to encounter and fight those vicious, unfeeling Salmonids and Boss Salmonids that will approach the shorelines or pop out from the water... Remember that all Golden Eggs should be taken straight to the egg basket!
So yeah, let's splat 'em with ink to make 'em drop their Power Eggs!
As a Grizzco employee, we are contractually obligated to collect as many Power Eggs as possible... Let's find those Salmonids then!
There's another thing in this Salmon Run Mode. And this is the most important part of the Grizzco job - to farm for the Golden Eggs! Only Boss Salmonids have those!
So yeah, let's hunt 'em down! But let's be very careful when going out hunting for those Salmonids 'coz those filthy ones would try to steal those Golden Eggs we harvested! Grrr
*The reason why I changed my name to "Mad Etten" it's because I suffer a thousand SPLATS! Yay! Splat me, please! Thank you! (Just kiddin'!) It's just a game! I'm not taking it seriously... I'm having so much fun playing "Splatoon 2" actually so I'll keep battling the Regular Battles... ;-)
Grizzco is a results-based organization... If we don't hit the Golden Egg quota for each wave, we're finished! And tha'd be a wrap!

Please note that there are seven varieties of disgusting Boss Salmonids out there!
Steelhead - Steeleel - Scrapper - Stinger - Maws - Drizzler - Flyfish
Boss Salmonids encountered during the three waves are the following:
Wave #1
***Steelhead: This overgrown appetizer has armor all over its giant slimy body. it also lobs giant smelly bombs.
***Flyfish: This glorified mosquito flies through the air in an ink-powered aircraft, letting loose missile barrages.
Wave #2
***Steeleel: This giant snake / eel thing is actually a vehicle piloted by a little Salmonid. Don't let it touch you!
***Stinger: This spineless sniper sits on top of a tower, taking dirty pot shots from the shoreline.
Wave #3
***Stinger: This spineless sniper sits on top of a tower, taking dirty pot shots from the shoreline.
***Drizzler: This scaly scuzznuzzler fires torpedoes that create ink clouds. When it's under its umbrella, attacks can't hurt it!
The following words are called CALLOUTS. "This way!" - "Help!" - "Booyah!"
*****Communication with our coworkers is an essential part of egg collection!
When one of our coworkers is down, let's spray her / him with ink to revive her / him... Remember this: Always help our coworkers when they're in need. If our entire crew gets taken out, we're finished!
