Splatoon 3 - Big Run 2: Rise of Horrorboros
0Big Run returns! And with it, the debut of a new boss! Horrorboros is...basically a flying Steel Head. It shoots out a Booyah Bomb from its mouth, though you can shoot it to detonate it for massive damage, especially if you throw an egg at it!
This time around the Salmonids have invaded the Inkblot Art Academy...certainly feels a fair bit tougher than Wahoo World did at points. This stage can be pretty confined, with a lot of walls, and at high tide you're basically stuck at the spawn area from the normal map.
I played a lot of this over the last day or so with friends, before getting around to recording this so uh...yeah I'm a bit tapped out on Salmon Run! A fun, if chaotic and frustrating mode...but playing with randoms is kind of a step too far. No coordination, no communication and way too many people that don't try to lure some bosses closer to the basket. So much salt from this session was on the cutting room floor, you have no idea.
Bayo 3 will resume tomorrow, but I wanted to get this out. Until next time!
