I went through the trouble of unlocking this bonus boss, and all I got was this lousy T-Shirt...

As a reminder, here's the locations of all of the fragments of the Blue Medallion you need to access this boss.
Fragment 1 is found in Chapter 1, right after Verse 1. Head to a lower area to the side of where you finish that Verse to find the destroyed golem and the fragment within.
Fragment 2 is found in Chapter 4, after Verse 1. Cross the broken bridge and climb up to the moon pillar to find the broken golem and the fragment.
Fragment 3 is found in Chapter 7, right before you enter the portal to the chaos rift. Head for the other side of the locked door to find the golem there.
Fragment 4 is found in Chapter 10, in the same area as Verse 2. Break down a wall in one of the towers at ground level to find the final broken golem.

Golem is a fun throwback boss...I guess. Feels kinda easy though. Big sweeping attacks make it easy to dodge, and your demons can really rough it up same as always. At least we got some stuff for it. A full Witch Heart, Moon Pearl AND a T-Shirt for Viola. That can be her souvenir I guess. Hey, speaking of....wonder how she's doing...
