Sub 26 is theoretically possible if you use all of the most technical/difficult strategies in the entire route, including Japanese stage 6 route, right hand side 7-04 bat kill, and Baize 1st phase Drac kill, however all this makes it almost impossible to get in real time.
I didn't splice it well, so it's a 25:57 as far as I'm concerned.
