I think this is the bit that covers Area 4. In that area there's a club type bit with a central square room. We tried so many times to do that bit without getting caught and nothing was working - it seemed like the guards knew where we were no matter what we did. After some solo testing I discovered there appears to be a glitch or similar in the main square shaped area so that guards aren't affected by shadows there or floors/walls.

What that basically means is that if you do anything that would normally just make the guard suspicious (like shooting out a light for instance) it would cause your last known position to instantly pop up and reinforcements to flood the map.

The only way we found to do it safely was to take our time and dance around that central area so that we're never fully in it if there's even a single guard there.
