Use the shell shock item, get a big shell and pick it up.
Stand on the 4th black like from the wall.
Flip into 3D and hug the right side wall.
Hold Left and Jump after a little bit of walking to get a high jump.
Once you are past the middle of the hole start holding Right, and throw the shell just at the height of your jump.
