SpongeBob's FIRST CROSSOVER is Coming, But It's Not What You Think
12,654SpongeBob SquarePants is getting a crossover for the first time since it began on Nickelodeon in 1999. Stephen Hillenburg preferred that SpongeBob crossovers didn't happen. However, San Diego Comic Con had a surprising reveal for an upcoming SpongeBob special, THE TIDAL ZONE.
As it turns out, SpongeBob SquarePants (the main series) will be having a crossover with the two SpongeBob spinoffs, Kamp Koral and The Patrick Star Show. In The Tidal Zone, anything goes. Logic doesn't apply. Nickelodeon is promoting this as a SpongeBob Universe crossover event, but will it turn out any good?
