SpongeBob's Surf and Skate Roadtrip was released in 2011 for the Xbox 360, using the Kinect as it's main gimmic! developed by Blitz Games, the people who have us SpongeBob Creature From The Krusty Krab and also Atlantis SquarePantis. This game marked the end of Blitz's unnoficial trilogy of SpongeBob games with less of a bang and more of a fizzle. Today we break down the game in this review to understand where it failed but also to work out why it has been so utterly forgotton by the vast majority of the wider SpongeBob community, either not being known at all or simply being known as the Kinect SpongeBob game.
