Spore Captaincy and space bourne sheninigans
Setting asside that the game goes from RTS to RPG from commanding armies to captaining a spaceship .... which seems like downgrade to me.
This was fine mixture of stealth, stupidity on my part and some silly politiciking... also i am spacebroke too... but with nice colonies .)
