Allows the game's shadow mapping to be rendered in higher resolutions, replaces the shadow settings with different resolution settings (based on the vanilla high preset)

NOTE: changing shadow settings requires a game restart, 4096x4096 shadows are only reccomended on newer hardware, tested in the creature stage.
