SPRAWL 96 - Quake Map Pack Soundtrack
5SPRAWL 96 is gameplay mod and map pack for Quake that translates the movement mechanics and enemies from the 2023 indie FPS game SPRAWL into Quake. It was developed and released by SPRAWL's developers in 2024 as a celebration of the first anniversary of the game, and as a nod to the fact that SPRAWL originally started development in the Dark Places engine.
As of version 1.2, SPRAWL 96 comes with several custom maps for it as well as a tutorial map, including a 4 episodes campaign that was developed as part of a mapping jam organized after it's initial release. The mod itself is also compatible with pretty much any vanilla or Copper-based map for Quake too.
The Windows version of SPRAWL 96 can be downloaded from Slipseer here https://www.slipseer.com/index.php?resources/sprawl-96.398/, which uses it's own custom fork of the Ironwail source port. A Linux version is available through Flathub here https://flathub.org/apps/io.github.voidforce.qsprawl
