Spray Painting a Wig: Ultimate Styling Preservation
114When you have a wig that's super styled and you want it to never move again, what could possibly keep it in place without damaging it? Well I'll tell you what, spray paint.
I do NOT advise using spray paint to color a wig, there are way better methods for that such as acrylic paint, dye baths, and ink dye techniques. I would only recommend this as a way to keep a wig you love from never changing with an extra level of protection.
I use black spray paint on this wig as it was black and it made no difference. Unless your wig is pure black or white I'd highly recommend using a clear matte, or satin. They even offer glow in the dark and glitter for some of you more creative dare devils.
