The Kyocera Hydro is a rugged waterproof phone that can be submerged under water for up to 30 minutes in up to 1 Meter or 3.28 feet.The specs include a 3.5 Inch display, 1 GHz single-core processor and 3.2 Megapixel camera and runs Android 4.0 ICS, making it your average run of the mill Android smartphone that can take a swim with you.
