For collecting all 10 tokens, you will unlock the Dragon Shores Theater, where you can watch previous cutscenes whenever you want.
The door requiring 10,000 gems and 64 orbs (100% game completion) contains a power up that will give you *permanent* Super Flame.
Once you have permanent Super Flame, you can start a "New Game Plus" with Super Flame at the beginning of the game. Just save your game after getting Super Flame, exit to the game's main menu (without turning off or resetting the console!!), and start a new game file over your 100% file. It'll erase your 100% completion data, but you will start the game with Super Flame.
