Hello viewers! Today I made a gym video of my second workout in 2022! Today I would be squatting 60kg/132 for 5 reps with mediocre form!
Was my second time squatting this year too for the max 5 reps at the end of a workout, so thats nice. I am aware of the issues on the video - such as bad mobility, i will try to fix them!
