Styrofoam Balls or Packing Material
White School Glue
Hot Water
Airtight Container
Airtight/Ziploc Bags
Food Coloring (Optional)
Steps:
1. Mix and dissolve 2 tsps of Borax in Hot Water in a bowl.
2. Mix 1/4 cup or 59ml of White School Glue and Hot Water in a separate bowl.
3. Shred up your Styrofoam if you don't have balls, 1 1/2 cup should be enough.
4. Put food coloring in your glue mixture if you'd like, 3+ drops is sufficient.
5. Place your glue mixture in a ziploc bag, then the styrofoam and add the borax mixture following that.
6. Ensure the ingredients mix well in your bag.
7. Wait until the mixture in the bag starts to stiffen.
8. You can then remove the mixture once it's reached a stiff consistency and let it dry.
9. Squish, make noise and relieve that stress!
10. Make sure to keep it in an airtight container so it doesn't dry out.
