SR20DET Redtop 240sx Bee*R Not Working Properly

So here is whats going on with my Bee*R After I Installed it.....the lights turn on, it flashes when I hit a certain rpm but nothing happens.... any ideas....this is how I have it wired up...

Black - Pin#39 Ecu Ground
Red - Pin#38 Ecu 12V
Green - Pin#31 Cam Angle Sensor 1 Deg Sensor
Yellow - Pin#22 Cam Angle Sensor 180 Deg Sensor

I have heard that people have issues and the wires need to be swapped..... I haven't really found a definitive answer on which one needs to be where either....I had tried it with the yellow and green switched but I may have had a power issue because when I had it like that the lights barely came on at all....just for a second when I first started the car....but then again I think I may have had a grounding problem then as well....any ideas? Oh and the Bee*R is a brand new unit, never been installed in a car...
