Gem Planet is a series of levels by GemEarthBrandon. It received negative reviews because of poor navigation, a lack of scenery, and wide-open areas in levels that felt empty. However, it did receive praise for its gimmicks.

Level 1: Botanical Falls
Level description: Welcome to this lush park! Enjoy beautiful scenery as you rush through this! Beware of dangerous Crawlas!
My comment: This level needs to be worked on, there's too many rings and Crawlas. There must be at least some room where other players can thok freely instead of running into an enemy!

Level 2: Triopolis Town
Level description: What a city! We have less buildings and more enemies!
My comment: The level space is too wide and more scenery/enemies are needed. I also don't see the point of putting a railroad track on this stage.
(Note: This level contains textures taken from Acid Missile and the houses by KO.T.E were also taken and weren't given credit. So therefore, they were stolen.)
(Note 2: The level was originally set to appear in the 2008 OLDC, but it was later disqualified because the level had been released before the contest, which went against the OLDC rules about such things.)

Level 3: Ocean Temple
Description: Explore this undersea cavern as you go in hopes for the next Chaos Emerald!
My comment: The level needs more water in order for it to be an ocean.

Level 4: Funfair Mania
Description: Welcome to this wacky carnival! Run through rambunctious rainbows and have lots of fun here!
My comment: Ok, there was no need of putting a dark maze with green circles as lights for the way out. After the slide, there's a floating platform with a glitchy texture that'll lag the game if seen.

Level 5: Arctic Twinpole
Des.: It's freezing up north. Get out of this place as fast as you can!
My comment: It is not Christmas, so why put Christmas textures? Probably, the creator was trying to make the level look more like Midnight Freeze from Mystic Realm.

Level 6: Sky Plant
Des.: Explore this sky-high palace as you walk on the clouds!
My comment: There is a problem with the music after you leave the special area. (Which explains why I used "Airshow Antics" from "Frogger: He's Back!".) If you want a level to look like it takes place in the sky, see Aerial Garden for example.

Level 7: Cybertrix City
Description: You're inside a computer! Make your way out, and what's a laptop doing inside a computer?
My comment: This level is too hard because on some points of the level, you can't tell where you're going because there's too many scrolling linedefs to make the players' eyes hurt. There are also some areas where the player can get seizures. Also, after you complete the level, you will be sent straight to Greenflower.
