This video is a gameplay showcase of a Roy mod made for a SSF2 1.3 modpack called Project PS. Not sure what the PS stands for honestly but from what Im seeing this modpack aims to give characters a fresh new experience by changing some of the character's moves. It's pretty unique I'll say, especially this Roy mod. Even though this is another Marth but it it's not really just a straight resprite. Even has an original Side B too. When this Roy coming to Project B lol?
