Finally, it's here!

Instructions:

Make sure you're on a build of Dolphin 5.0-9494 or later, then load it up just so it creates all the necessary folders.

Drop the extracted "GXBE69" folder into "Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Load/Textures".

Open Dolphin and head to "Graphics/Advanced" and enable both "Load Custom Textures" and "Prefetch Custom Textures".

Go to "Graphics/General" and use the Vulkan renderer if possible.

Load up the NTSC-U version of the game and enjoy! Yes, this pack is for the NTSC0U version, and will most likely not work for other regions.
