Stage 1 (SNES Remaster) - Battletoads GB
447Here's an underrated one for you: stage 1 from Battletoads for the Gameboy. See, the gameboy game was quite different from the NES game of the same name. Despite being quite shorter and graphically limited, it features some seriously underrated tunes by David Wise. Give this (and the originals) a chance and they'll get stuck in your head for days.
Side note: the artwork is custom edited by me, and is a more detailed version of the original tileset from the gameboy. Feel free to use this in anything you'd like.
The soundfont used is "Battletoads & Double Dragon".

For my 8-bit works, the artwork is not meant to be a 100% accurate 8-bit image. It's simply there to go along with the music, so I occasionally bend the rules.
My chiptune music is meant to emulate the 2A03 chip, which has two square channels, one triangle channel, one noise channel, and a sample channel.
