✏️ After many requests, I decided to finally try out Stalcraft. Today I'll go through the tutorial and then join a friend of mine for some co-op gameplay. This is our first time playing, and the gameplay itself is pretty in-depth, so we had a lot of trouble early on.
Stalcraft is an open-world survival shooter MMO with an emphasis on PvP / PvE where players will pick their faction and face off against rivals in this hostile world filled with mutants, anomalies and radioactivity. Stealth is a huge part of Stalcraft as you sneak out into the wilderness to gather supplies, but if killed, you'll drop most of your items. I had a surprising amount of fun, despite the core gameplay being pretty slow-paced. It blends elements of Tarkov, STALKER, Minecraft and many other survival games.. but most of all it reminds me of Roblox.
Best of all, Stalcraft is completely free to play!

"Originally, STALCRAFT was only conceived as a Minecraft fan modification that brings the world of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. into multiplayer mode. Over the past seven years, the project has changed significantly, and is now based on its own game engine. We position the game as an independent product inspired by the developments of GSC Game World, but not copying them."
