All Artifacts:
Battery - In the Sircaa Main Building in Sircaa. The Battery Artifact can be found in Doctor Dolin’s safe on the top floor. The code to get in is 2006.
Broken Rock -
Bubble - This artifact can be found in southern Duga, inside the School Stadium
Cavity -
Chocolate Bar -
Ciliate - In the northeast corner of Zaton is the Hydrodynamics Lab. On the eastern side of the area is an area you can get into via an opening in a sewer grate. When inside you’ll find a Scanner which rewards you with this artifact
Compass - Legendary
Crest -
Crown - In the western part of the Swamp, you’ll find a Scanner on the small island there
Crust -
Crystal - To the southwest of the STC Malachite base in Malachite, just to the north-northwest of the Malachite Railway Tunnel location, you’ll find the Crystal Artifact in a tunnel
Crystal Thorn -
Dead Sponge - To the west-southwest of the Rostok base in Rostok is a scanner that once activated will give you the Dead Sponge artifact.
Devil's Mushroom - In the northwest corner of the Red Forest is a Scanner
Droplets -
Eye - Northwest of the Circus in southeast Zaton is a small group of stalkers. If you speak to them after going to Clear Sky’s base in the swamp in Ad Astra Aspera

Harp -
Heart of Chornobyl - Incredibly rare - Unique Effect: Used in Kaimanov ending - Kill Strelok and loot it off his body

Lantern - In the northern part of the Cooling Towers area, you’ll find the SKD Assembly Unit. On the eastern side is a Scanner, that once activated will net you with the Lantern Artifact.
Liquid Rock - Legendary - Acid Anomalies
Lyre - Common - Thermal Anomalies
Magic Cube - Rare - Gravitational Anomalies
Magma - Uncommon - Thermal Anomalies - Just west of the centre of the Burnt Forest (slightly to the south) is the Burning Rift location, where you’ll find a Scanner whose reward is the Magma Artifact.
Mama's Beads - Uncommon - Thermal Anomalies
Meat Chunk - Common - Acid Anomalies
Meat Lighter - Rare - Thermal Anomalies - In the south-southeast part of the Red Forest are some Old Mines, which have this anomaly inside. There’s also a Meat Lighter at a scanner in northern Prypiat, which can be found on the western side of the River Port.
Mica - Common - Acid Anomalies - Northwest of the Slag Heap in Garbage is a place called the Maze. Mica (along with Slug) can be found inside a bus inside the radioactive maze.
