I had left the Sphere Abandoned Communications Hub after finding a few bodies and getting overloaded with loot. My PDA told me I had not completed the task, so I knew I had to return and find the rest of the bodies. I knew there was some mutant in there, that killed all the men, especially because I found one of them impaled, high up near the ceiling. Most likely a mutant that could throw things. I was about to find out.

Game note: This is the first time I had actually engaged the Poltergeist, at this location. In my previous video, I had escaped after looting all the bodies except the final one. This video is the actual fight with it.
