I decided to do the side-mission from Hera to go pick up a package for a second time. It was at Kopachi Village, where I was attacked by Snorks, that I got to chase me to an electrical anomaly field. After I got the supplies and returned to Hera, he gave me my reward but the side-mision did not clear again.

So, I reloaded my manual save and looked at the same three missions available. I didn't want to take the third one which was to attack Freedom and take an artifact from them. The first choice was to mow down some mutants. I had done that before but this time the location was different. It was to the west; at a location I had just recently probed but had not gone underground. This time the side-mission completed and the icon disappeared, after Hera had given me my reward.

Game Note: When this happened before with another side-mission (video #512) I did the same side-mission again, with the same problem the icon did clear. The game thinks I still need to talk to Hera, but he has no dialogue to talk about it, because he has already paid me. I know I completed it. Hera knows I completed it since he paid me. It's the game that doesn't recognize that Hera and I are done. Apparently, this bug has not been fixed since I had it before the latest patch and now after the latest 1.3 patch. Surely, I can't be the only one that gets this.
