This is the same rotation and setup that I posted last patch, but having Coral Riptide in the mix is an interesting new development. The Rapid Rot passive will continue to keep Relequen extremely attractive to Necromancers, but in fights where you need more cleave or are switching targets Riptide will be fantastic, so long as you keep your Stamina below 50%.

The rotation can be tricky to replicate perfectly in all situations, and works best in 'stack and whack' fights where you're not constantly moving and dealing with mechanics. But it is still very strong for single targets and absolutely unbeatable for cleave damage.
