Finally unlocked the Xeno Slayer achievement in Star Traders: Frontiers which is where you have to win 20 crew battle within 10 years. The trick is to do ship combat with Xeno so you can knock out 3-4 boarding crew combats in a single encounter, stack your crew with Xeno Hunter and leveraging a Pirate captain worked for me. Non-combat pirate captain and make your Doctor become a Combat Medic including 1 Swordsman rank at least so they can use sword and pistol for better attack/defense. They need to be able to heal and buff morale for crew combat.

Good luck to all who try for this achievement where permadeath is very real.
