Just grinding around the location. The in-game settings doesn't really have a "LOW" preset, instead it has Medium, High and Epic. There is a workaround to set it to its real LOW settings but that involves editing the games config(??settings.ini) file of the game. You may check it on google. The game is pretty bottleneck with my i5 4460.

Medium (low) settings : 00:05
High settings : 05:36
Epic (ultra) settings : 09:22
Epic with Vsync ON : 10:45
