In episode 5 of our let's play Starbound Nightly Builds series, we play the nightly build from 29 May 2016, in which the developers have uploaded the very latest preview version of Starbound from that day's development.

During this let's play Starbound 1.0 preview video, we take a look at scorched city and geode biomes, which can be found on volcanic planets and sometimes elsewhere.

Starbound scorched city biomes contain post-apocalyptic furniture, trash cans, junk and telegraph poles, plus the occasional piece of rust furniture.

Starbound geode biomes contain a lot of green crystals, plus you get geode rocks that you can open to discover a variety of geode treasures, some very rare.
