Here we going through basic technique toward mining.

Important mining is efficiency. Since this is my 1st time, i may not be efficient and i show what happen if you use Matter Manipulator.
Like in Terraria, it important to mine efficient so you won't spent too long.
Pickaxe has limited durability. In Dark Cloud, it has wHP (weapon hit point) and if it run out, it breaks and worst, disappear.
At least some pickaxe has some wHP.

Remember if you don't have hunting weapon, you can still hunt for food although chance is sufficiently lower. Enemies do respawn.
