What'll ruin the fun of newcomers to Starbound? This.

All players spawn on the same spot in a world. So, by digging down, lining the pit with the toughest rock, putting electricity, acid and putting obstacles above, you can have yourself one killer pit.

I added after the video more 1x1 blocks to block players from escaping, and i put 2 fan blades from an Avian Airship at the top. Touching those is a 1 hit kill.
