1 Find the activator Make a copy, in the name field put what you want the outpost to be called.
2 Make a quest to run once, one stage marked to run at start
3 Make a location alias, use; get is current location exact
Location has keyword == clearable 0 and get location has ref == mapmarker 1
Make a reference alias, have it point to the map marker
Make a reference alias, have it spawn the activator at the mapmarker
Link the map marker to the activator with the keyword mapmarkerlinkedrefoverride
