first things first, as soon as you hop off your ship in Akila City, look for a big sign that screams "Welcome to Akila." Just walk straight and when you reach the end, hang a left where you'll see the Akila City sign again. That'll take you right into the main part of the city.
Keep on walking straight until you spot some stairs and a building with two big doors that's called "The Rock." Take a left there. Follow those stairs and keep going until you hit another set of stairs.
At the end of those stairs, you'll see the Core Manor on your left, and Mr Tate chillin' there. If you cannot find him, he's probabaly just walking around, just wait a little bit and the will come to you. Now, Walk up to him and start a chat. Listen up and pick the option that says, "I wanna own a home here."
Next, he'll tell you he's got two places for sale: the Core Manor and The Stretch Apartment. Choose the option "tell me about the midtown home". He's going to explain that's a one bedroom unfurnished apartament with lots of space.
Now, hit up the option that says, "Pay 45,000 credits. I'll take it." Wait for the whole conversation to finished, once it's done, you will need to locate your new apartament, so follow me here.
As you leave the core mannor, turn right 2 times and you will see some stairs, just go down and right after what it looks like an arch or door turn left, then kepe going straight forward until you see more stairs on your left, and if you look up to your right you will find your new apartament. So, just go up the stairs, make a right and you will see the entrance to your apartament.
