Just like in Starfox 64 where you can get a max score 999, Starfox Assault also has a stage where you can max out the score. This only takes like an hour or less, unlike Starfox 64 where it takes a very long time. Maybe a half of day? As far as I know, I'm the one that found the 9999 trick and told the community about it four years ago. To the 9999 score, it doesn't matter what you do inside the hideout, as long as you leave at least one target there. At the beginning the video shows the three orange battleships that you should not destroyed because their closer to each other, making it easier to gain points from the blue missiles. Watch out for the other battleships that will appear. Destroy the other two ships quick when they do to lower the gauge. Yeah I know Krystal died. I was gonna save but then I changed my mind and didn't care since the whole point of the video is to show the how to get 9999 in this stage.
